You are welcome to continue editing without logging in, but many editors recommend that you create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (66.185.200.1) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome! 20:09, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Warring[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Hipocrite (talk) 12:34, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion[edit]

Information icon Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you.

Gratutious insults[edit]

Please refrain from engaging in gratuitous insults on my talk page. I did not insult your grasp of the English language. You will refrain from doing so to mine. Hipocrite (talk) 12:54, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If you edit my talk page again, I'm going to seek to have you prevented from doing so. Hipocrite (talk) 13:04, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

June 2014[edit]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for attempting to harass other users. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  SuperMarioMan ( talk ) 13:15, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I did not harass Hipocrite in [1] I merely sought to have my measured observations reflected on his talk page. It is curious that he moved from an attempt to censor me on a public wiki page, to an attempt to censor me on his talk page. Nobody reads his talk page. This block is laughable. 66.185.200.1 (talk) 13:22, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Wow, you are a real gem. "Nobody reads his talk page"? You apparently did, and had such an affectation for it that you decided to keep it the way you liked it. And before you go off edit-warring on someone else's talk page again, read WP:BLANKING: "Policy does not prohibit users, whether registered or unregistered users, from removing comments from their own talk pages, although archiving is preferred. The removal of material from a user page is normally taken to mean that the user has read and is aware of its contents. There is no need to keep them on display and usually users should not be forced to do so. It is often best to simply let the matter rest if the issues stop." — Daniel Case (talk) 18:46, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Repeated, unwelcome additions like this strike me as an attempt to harass or intimidate. Furthermore, since you violated WP:3RR by edit-warring against another user on their own talk page, a short block seems to be doubly appropriate. SuperMarioMan ( talk ) 13:34, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Wow, that wikipedia censors views, whether they be welcome or unwelcome **from user talk pages** is beyond the pale. While I accept that 3RR is a valid control feature for public wikis, 3RR ought to be invalid on user talk pages. This is a risible use. The substance of the comments which I reverted was extremely inoffensive. Have you checked their substance, or are you simply looking at the page history?? 66.185.200.1 (talk) 13:46, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I refer the honorable gentleman to the reply I gave some moments ago. No, wait ... I have to keep going on this one. "3RR ought to be invalid on user talk pages." Over and above what I shared with you in the other unblock denial, I can think of no better place where it should be valid. To even suggest such a thing confirms what I had suspected when I began reading these two requests: that, as your conduct leading up to the block unequivocally demonstrated, you are such a dick that you might as well be walking around wearing a T-shirt attesting to the fact. I am amazed that you drew such a short block ... if you don't mend your ways, and fast, there'll be a lot more of those coming down the pike. And, they'll be longer. Have a nice day. — Daniel Case (talk) 18:46, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If it takes one to know one, Daniel Case is also a dick. 66.185.200.1 (talk) 11:07 am, Today (UTC+1)

As my dear old Gran used to say, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." To aid you in following her sagacious instruction, I have removed access to this talkpage for the rest of the block. Yunshui  10:17, 4 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
