You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Please stop writing about yourself and things you've made up. GeneralNotability (talk) 17:31, 20 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Penn Federal Republic requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. • Speedily deleted, since it was substantially the same as the previous version, which was deleted via Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Penn Federal Republic. Suggestion: if you continue to misunderstand what "reliable sources" are, you may run into more difficulties in other parts of the project. Drmies (talk) 14:22, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reverting Move[edit]

Hello, I was wondering if you could revert the deletion of User:AWESOMEDUDE0614/sandbox , as when I moved an article out of there, it was deleted, and I have nothing of the information and page that I put there. Once I copy it I will take it over to a MyPage. I spent a lot of time on that article and it was deleted within thirty seconds, so I would like to be able to copy my work to fix everything that it was deleted for. Thank you so much. AWESOMEDUDE0614 (talk) 15:01, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Huh. No, you moved that content, so all of its history went to the now-deleted article. What you might ask for is for Penn Federal Republic to be restored (and I see you already wrote up something on Talk:Penn Federal Republic, but I don't see why--you created it earlier, it was really nothing at all and the deletion discussion was clear, and when you put it up again it was basically the same thing. So there may be an admin who is willing to restore it, but I am not going to do it, because there is nothing I see in there that has any potential--in other words, it seems like a violation of WP:NOTWEBHOST to me. Drmies (talk) 15:19, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thank you for your response. Do you have any administrators you could refer me to? Thank you for your response. AWESOMEDUDE0614 (talk) 15:21, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • Ohnoitsjamie, your name was still on my clipboard... Drmies (talk) 17:45, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • Actually, Awesomedude, I don't know. I do not think you created all this stuff to improve our beautiful project, and at any rate you did not spend a lot of time working on making this stuff look good and sound encyclopedic. Ohnoitsjamie, after looking at this, besides all the other matters, I'm starting to be more convinced that an indefinite block is the way to go here. A tag has been placed on Rainbow Unicorns (song) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on File:Avon Grove High School September 2022.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of https://www.avongrove.org/schools/high-school/~board/avon-grove-high-school/post/aghs-weekly-newsletter-091622. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
