You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, this is your personal opinion. The information I provided is exactly factual. It refers to a public event. The pages describe public figures. The information is duly referenced with major international newspapers. It is clear that this information belongs to an encyclopaedia like Wikipedia. Angryjo2012london (talk) 23:52, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Nikolaos Poutachidis, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

it is a copy of the Kestutis Bagdanavicius article

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Your contributed article, Nikolaos Poutachidis[edit]

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Nikolaos Poutachidis. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - :Kestutis Bagdanavicius. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at :Kestutis Bagdanavicius - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. TheChampionMan1234 23:42, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

August 2012[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Acroterion (talk) 23:45, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not an appropriate place to write about unpopular Olymoic judging, and you may not use it as a coatrack to attack individual judges, sourced or not. See WP:BLP and WP:BLP1E for more. Acroterion (talk) 23:47, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
An appropriate article on the topic would focus on the event and not the individuals, and would be written from a neutral point of view (as seen by the preponderance of sources), preferably after an appropriate period of time has elapsed to see if it really is a notable event and after some perspective has been gained. Wikipedia is not the news. Acroterion (talk) 23:51, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings![edit]

Welcome, uninvolved editor here that just noticed your post at the dispute resolution noticeboard. Your article creations, in combination with your user name, suggest that you might not be aware of the policies at WP:NPOV and WP:NOTSOAPBOX. You also should review WP:BLP, since edits and articles related to living people will receive extra scrutiny and are held to a high standard. As for the actual dispute, the DRN will probably direct the discussion to deletion review, but it is very likely these speedy deletions will be endorsed, because at a glance they appear to be proper. Do you take issue with the suggestion of creating a neutral page at 2012 Olympic boxing scandal instead? VQuakr (talk) 03:40, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thanks for your input. Actually I am now disgusted with this brutal deletion without a right for a fair discussion. Nobody had a chance to read the actual article I wrote, except for its unique censor. I used to be a regular contributor to Wikipedia a few years ago, but now I am tired of this crap. Regards. Angryjo2012london (talk) 03:55, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, contentious material about living persons is routinely removed quickly unless it is well sourced. This does not make it a personal attack and does not meet the definition of censorship though. VQuakr (talk) 04:27, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Note there is already Controversies_at_the_2012_Summer_Olympics - it is being nominated for deletion and you can provide your perspective if you wish. -- The Red Pen of Doom 17:52, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Humboldt Cave[edit]

Please withdraw this AFD nomination, about which you cannot possibly be serious, and please WP:Do not disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point. Thank you, Lone boatman (talk) 10:16, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. You should have been alerted of this discussion when it began, apologies that you were out of the loop. However my warning to you below about re-inserting the AfD tag still stands. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 13:54, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have removed the AfD tag from this page and deleted the associated deletion discussion. The only reason you tagged this was because it had lately been edited by an editor whom you are in dispute with. Please don't do anything like this again, no matter how cross you might be. You can go to WP:DELREV for advice on how to get your article reinstated - but based on the arguments I've seen so far, this might not be a successful venture. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 11:38, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
This is your personal interpretation. This article has absolutely no academic nor encyclopedic interest. I could as well describe the rock in my garden! Plus the references are dubious. So there is no reaon to remove the AFD: I am re-installing it. Angryjo2012london (talk) 13:08, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You are the people that are killing Wikipedia! Read this article fro The Economist: http://www.economist.com/node/10789354?story_id=10789354&logout=Y Angryjo2012london (talk) 13:21, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have reverted your re-insertion of the AfD tag. Please do not add it a third time. If you do I will consider this disruptive editing and will block you briefly to prevent further disruption. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 13:27, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Angryjo2012london for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. VQuakr (talk) 23:20, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
