It's a notable enough topic[edit]

Even even if the article could benefit from improvement, a little bit of looking finds it has received enough attention to meet WP:NF. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 05:10, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Transit-Themed Pantsless Events[edit]

Excellent edit summary! I couldn't stop laughing. :) Thanks for trimming out the bad refs. So, if the subway event seems possibly notable, and there's sort of a crossover of topics, what happens? Should Pantsless Subway Ride/Day exist, or be a section within the extant article, or what? Maybe a page move to reflect scope would solve the problem. Thoughts? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 22:31, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's always good to know I'm amusing someone other than myself.
I still don't see how No Pants Day merits an article, although it's looking more and more like the subway ride should. I've launched No Pants Subway Ride. — Bdb484 (talk) 22:55, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Good plan. A couple of see alsos to cross reference would be good. :) Anna Frodesiak (talk) 04:55, 11 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

About your "patterns"[edit]

I'm sure you thought you were making perfect sense in your own mind when you left me a recent message on my talk page, but it makes little to no sense to me and comes off as creepy harassment. Please keep these feelings to yourself. Viriditas (talk) 23:29, 29 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'll allow a third party to make an assessment. Thank you for taking a moment to consider my concerns. — Bdb484 (talk) 00:08, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Your "concerns" amount to nothing but enabling socks, trolling, and stalking. Cease and desist. Viriditas (talk) 00:59, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Response to your messages to me[edit]

In connection with your recent messages on my talk page, I have posted to the talk page of the user in question. I am confident you will be interested in reading what I have written there. JamesBWatson (talk) 20:25, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the slow response. I stepped away for a bit to avoid getting sucked into the vortex. I can tell you're not exactly enthusiastic about dealing with these types of situations, so I appreciate you taking the time to check things out. I hope you won't mind if I come back if there are further problems. After that, I'm happy to let you off the hook and move to a higher authority. — Bdb484 (talk) 15:11, 5 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

I've contested your unexplained request for the deletion of the article Sid McMath. Please see Talk:Sid McMath and explain your reasons for the request. --Samuel Peoples (talk) 08:15, 22 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sid McMath[edit]

No worries about the accidental CSD - we all make mistakes. Could I suggest though that if you use Twinkle, check to see if the creator is still around before ticking the "notify article's creator" box - I did have to chuckle at you templating a former admin who retired close to ten years ago! Your opinion and expertise would be greatly appreciated[edit]

You had been "pinged" recently to provide some input regarding a discussion involving Mormon Studies Review and so are now being appropriately canvassed (per wp:CANVASSING) to participate in the deletion discussion for the Review's brand-new "step-sibling" journal, Interpreter -- here: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Interpreter: A Journal of Mormon Scripture. Thanks for your consideration of this request.--Hodgdon's secret garden (talk) 18:12, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Vince Gilligan[edit]

Hi there, just wondering why you reverted my edits on the Vince Gilligan article? I had the appropriate sources to back up the claims. Would appreciate it if you could let me know Thanks!--Guat6 (talk) 00:39, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I had done a spot check on the sources you used, and none of the quotes I used to verify the citations appeared when I followed the links. Now that you asked about it, I double-checked and realized that I just needed to click through to the next page in the article, so I obviously screwed up.
I'll revert. Thanks for asking. — Bdb484 (talk) 05:47, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
