Explanation for dubious tag on European political party[edit]

Ciao Braganza,

Thanks for your contribution to European political party. I see that you added a "dubious - discuss" tag for the classification of the Alliance of European National Movements as "Right-wing populist". Could you kindly explain what led you to add this tag?

The ideology listed in the table is the one from the AENM's own page, and this is very much supported not only by the AENM's own ideology but also by that of pretty much all its (former) national member parties.

Thank you for this information.

true @Julius Schwarz: but its more secondary
Fiamma Tricolore, MSR, CasaPound & old Jobbik are too radical for this label so i wouldn't include it in an article like European political party Braganza (talk) 07:14, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I see. The thing with European political parties is that their positioning is a combination of the positioning of their members, meaning you will always have some members that are more to the left or to the right, more moderate or more radical, more pro/anti-EU or less pro/anti-EU. I think in the case of the AENM, the qualifier is justified, as it reflects the position of many (former) national member parties as well as that of the (former) European party itself. This is not to say, of course, that this qualifier applies equally and as much to all national member parties. Julius Schwarz (talk) 07:20, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
then remove it Braganza (talk) 07:22, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. Julius Schwarz (talk) 07:22, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
i mean my complain Braganza (talk) 07:28, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You mean the dubious tag, right? If so, I have just removed it. Julius Schwarz (talk) 07:33, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
