Hi, I am curious, what makes a historic site "Kurdish"? Can you reference sources for these? -- Cat chi? 11:20, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

Hi, Thank you for your question. Every site built by Kurds is Kurdish, and every site built by Turks is Turkish. Brusk u Trishka 11:26, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I do not believe it is that simple. We generally sort historic sites by country not ethnicity. What if a site is partially built by Kurdish and Turkish peoples?
Consider Ephesus, it has Ancient Greek and Roman origin. It isn't categorized as a "Greek city" though.
-- Cat chi? 13:04, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

Well. if you look at it again, you will see that it is categorized as a Greek city twice in the article. Brusk u Trishka 13:17, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ancient Greek (former country) yes, Greek (ethnicity) no. -- Cat chi? 13:20, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
Okey, then what is your suggestion? Brusk u Trishka 13:23, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I am not sure, what is it that you want to cover with it? Is it just sites relevant to Kurdish history? Not every Kurdish site has a notable role in Kurdish history. -- Cat chi? 21:54, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

I told you before, the sites that are built by Kurds and have been used by Kurds will go under this category. but it does not mean that we cannot categorize them under Ottoman/Islamic sites, as well. Brusk u Trishka 22:02, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

We sort historic sites based on why they are significant. The list should have a short summary why each individual site is notable for Kurdish history as a whole. Also you really do need to cite sources. -- Cat chi? 22:21, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

Don't worry about that! The list is still a tiny stub. we'll improve it gradually. I'll be looking for sources. :) Brusk u Trishka 22:27, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

KURDI[edit]

KURD, please look at the talk page before you edit things. Chaldean 14:27, 30 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

KURDI, another thing - did you even read the article? Did you even look at the map. You haven't so look at the map [[1]] - do you see where Adiabene is at? So stop with your kurdish propaganda. Chaldean 14:34, 30 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If I may ask, why do you apply the {{POV}} tag to this article of which you have been the only substantial editor? Sandstein 20:25, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Because I merged a lot of info from Iranian Kurdistan. and the passage tries to label Shabankareh as non-Kurdish which I consider as one-sided. Brusk u Trishka 20:29, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

They are not Aramaeans. This site, is just propaganda. Please stop this, you are just hurting us as a people by perpetuating these lies. — EliasAlucard|Talk 12:58 08 Aug, 2007 (UTC)

Hi Elias; A few days is nothing. Lets see if Nochi and me can improve it or not.
By the way I have no political animosity against your people. Brusk u Trishka 11:02, 8 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I will be looking for more sources but not today. Just keep wathcing that article. Brusk u Trishka 11:03, 8 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Don't bother, you won't find any serious sources. This "Aramaeans" propaganda, is just lies spread by Muslims, to further cause divisions amongst the Assyrian people, in order to weaken us and prevent us from regaining our human rights in the Middle East, and rights to indigenous land. You won't find any serious scholars or academics agreeing with Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis. He is alone in his lies, and he has a political agenda. — EliasAlucard|Talk 13:08 08 Aug, 2007 (UTC)

3RR warning[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Medes. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Please do not call it vandalism when it's a content dispute. You can be blocked for this. — EliasAlucard (talk · contribs) 12:59, 24 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is you who cause 3RR. Based on your biased towards Kurdish related articles add irrelevant tags to the well-sourced articles. Brusk u Trishka (talk) 13:23, 24 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:FlagofRepublicofArarat.GIF)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:FlagofRepublicofArarat.GIF. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:10, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
