Second-wave feminism[edit]

Hi! I removed your content - it had some issues that needed to be addressed:

This read more like a response to the topic and like an essay, rather than a summary of what was stated in the sourcing. Part of this was possibly because it relied on a single source and because it had a fairly casual tone. For example, you don't need to have a note that says something along the lines of "as stated above" - it's implied that they'll follow along. With the sourcing, the source you have is good but it would be a good idea to also use other sources as well to show a good depth of coverage.

You also want to make sure that this would be considered second-wave feminism. It looks like it should be, but it's always best to make sure. I'm less worried about that, more that I want to make sure that you're only summarizing what has been explicitly stated in source material rather than drawing comparisons and conclusions that aren't clearly in the sourcing.

I hope that this helps! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:04, 20 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

March 2020[edit]

Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Great Famine (Ireland), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 21:16, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thank you Oshwah! Carlygould96, it is definitely vital that any new addition be sourced to a reliable source! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:04, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
