Mabelina is global

I think this page looks much better without {{clear}} but unlike a certain person I will not enter into a reversions battle!

Mabelina (talk · contribs) has an extensive presence on other wikis and has committed my personal bête noir - adding a pointless link to the home page of Burkes Peerage - on da:, ro:, ru: and probably more.
