{{helpme}} I just did a few edits related to Paddy Tunney and while doing the last one, I realised I wasn't logged in. I seem to remember a mention somewhere where one could request edits being attributed to their proper user. I've just not looked around for just this, but have nay been able to find anything. Can someone help me? (Edits in question) Freso 17:42, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, edits from IPs can only be re-attributed by developers - and their time is scarce and is probably better used keeping Wikipedia running. You could possibly request it at Wikipedia:Changing_attribution_for_an_edit, but there is a very large probability that the request will never be carried out. henriktalk 17:49, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your answer. I went ahead and added a request there. (That was precisely the page I had seen before!) Time will tell if it ever will be acted upon, either way, at least I've recorded the request now. Freso 19:30, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
