Horse articles[edit]

I saw your post at the evolution of the horse article and thank you for your contributions and thoughts. I'd be glad to lend you a hand from time to time if you have questions about editing or what other horse articles we have here. You may find our navigation box Template:Equine helpful to find other articles. We have articles on every coat color, most with a genetics section, see Template:Equine coat colors for all of those. Encyclopedic style, no original research[edit]

Greetings Grumblis.6 and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. You may want to read the essay Writing better articles. Phrases such as "unless they developed serious swimming skills." are not encyclopedic. Please also consult the policy No original research. The content you added to Domestication of the horse after the reference reads like original research and was not attributed to a reliable, published source (see Verifiability). Best wishes and happy editing. - - MrBill3 (talk) 00:24, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's getting better, but I moved your edit to the talk page with some comments on how it can be better incorporated into the article. You're getting there; the source was reliable! Montanabw(talk) 23:43, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
