Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Hello, Icesnowgeorge. @Drmies:I do not have a conflict of interest. This is a company I am familiar with from my line of work. I was actually surprised that they didn’t have a page so I decided to help out. I hope my work would be appreciated. I have done my best to comply with wiki policies. Could you tell me why you have removed the awards?? Lots of companies have an award section. Yes: content should be sourced to reliable secondary sources. Did you put that section in there? Because most of them were sourced to the company website, if I remember correctly. Of course many such articles have such sections, because many such articles are written by the companies themselves or people they paid, and they want to look good. But awards have to be meaningful, not inside jobs or plums companies hand out to each other, and secondary sourcing is one thing that can help make some award noteworthy. But these awards really should be notable themselves (meaning, have an article)--that's how we do it in K-pop, for instance. So solid secondary sourcing is really a bare minimum, but not necessarily sufficient. Drmies (talk) 19:56, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
