curious as to why this name is on my computer ?

I dot know a Jacqline? My sisters name is Jacquie. But there is no b in her name and she lives 1500 miles away from me. There is a jacqline that is an associate of my friends Dad that works at his dental office here in florida. She visited him in the hospital when he had a double Bypass last year on his heart in tallahassee. He is an elderluy 70+ year old man with diabetes and heart problems. this year he had to have a toe aputated.
