Talk pages[edit]

This is your talk page for others to leave messages for you. You should leave (signed) messages on the talk pages of other users or on the talk pages of articles. Regards LittleOldMe (talk) 13:00, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I have revisited the reversion and I have decided to leave your edit intact. I must confess to a knee-jerk reaction to the statements and, since Wikipedia prides itself on not being censored, I have reinstated your changes. Regards LittleOldMe (talk) 13:15, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My reaction was to the statement "Most of the African Americans in Anna are residents of the Illinois State Mental Hospital." which I initially read as a racial slur. You must admit that this is not an easy concept to digest, that a mental hospital's population, which I assume is relatively small, exceeds the population of ordinary residents. Greetings![edit]

Greetings! Is this the actual James W. Loewen? If it is, I must say that I've enjoyed some of your works. Take care! Illegitimate Barrister (talk) 15:26, 25 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request for help[edit]

Greetings, Mr. Loewen! I know your history teaching in Mississippi, so I'd like to ask for your help in helping to improve the article about the Constitution of Mississippi. I know you're a busy man with not a lot of time on your hands, but I'd like to have an expert on the subject have some input on the article, point out any inaccuracies and offer helpful suggestions. This is a topic that not many people have heard about, myself included, so I'd like to help bring it's history into the light. With the best of regards, – Illegitimate Barrister 19:51, 3 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
