More specifically, the page seems to be nothing more than wishing your friend a happy birthday. However, there is no evidence that she is notable enough for a Wikipedia article. With that being said and the highly informal writing style of the page, it is clear that a page like this would probably be better off as a blog post or an e-mail.

What Wikipedia isn't[edit]
Well, obviously, it's not a lot of things, including cabbage and chilli con carne. More to the point, it's not social media like Facebook. User pages are for people who are working on the encyclopaedia to tell us a bit about themselves. If they're being used for other purposes by people who aren't working on the encyclopaedia, we call that trying to use Wikipedia as a free web host. And Wikipedia is not free web space. OK? You can post what you like on Facebook (well, within the limits set be law...), but not here. You're not the first one to make this mistake, and you won't be the last.
