I think I have cited at least source from a mainstream media website to the article and further more with the challenges of Limited mainstream medias in South Sudan and having Admin who are not familiar with the local history I think Wikipedia needs to address such issues to copy up with other places that have limited or no mainstream media.

There's two issues here.

One is the several COI/UPE inquiry requests that you can see on this page that you have not addressed. You have consistently chosen to edit topics that are highly prone to UPE, and have done so without sufficient regard to policies and guidelines concerning neutrality and notability.
Second is the disingenuous citation work. In Special:Diff/1166620280, you cite this book. The problem is that this reference makes no mention of Dynamq at all and does not support that claim that it was attached to. At a glance, it looks like you tried to inflate the subject's notability by putting in a fake citation to a good-looking source.

You can appeal your block by following the instructions in the template above, and another admin will review your request.
