English people

Hi, I've been thinking about how I see the structure of this article, specifically the identity vs population origin sections. I think I'm getting a bit bogged down with it. I've been working on a sandbox in my userspace User:Wobble/pa, it's far from ready and it's not going anywhere near as well as I thought it would. Maybe if you have some time you could leave some comments on the associated talk page? I've left a basic outline there of how I see the structure.
