I simply cannot believe that the General Manager of Italian Football is not notable. However, there just aren't any sources that go into any detail about him, with the exception of the italy24 article. Please add additional independent reliable sources that discuss the subject in detail. If such sources cannot be provided, then it might be that he isn't a notable individual, and just someone working behind the scenes.
