ArbCom run[edit]

Unfortunately, you are not eligible to run for ArbCom this year because you do not meet the required edit count. Please read WP:NOTNOW - it is written to those applying for administrator, but is also applicable for ArbCom candidates, as the standard for ArbCom is even higher. Thank you. --Rschen7754 02:16, 21 November 2012 (UTC)AWWW thats sad, I was really hoping that I could. I guess there is still next year.[reply]

There isn't; you really need to be an admin first. And you need to take many steps before you become an admin. But I hope you start editing, because that's really what we're here for. --Rschen7754 18:25, 30 November 2012 (UTC) Thanks for the advice, i will try my best![reply]

Hand-coding[edit]

Hey all :).

I'm dropping you a note because you've been involved in dealing with feedback from the Article Feedback Tool. To get a better handle on the overall quality of comments now that the tool has become a more established part of the reader experience, we're undertaking a round of hand coding - basically, taking a sample of feedback and marking each piece as inappropriate, helpful, so on - and would like anyone interested in improving the tool to participate :).

You can code as many or as few pieces of feedback as you want: this page should explain how to use the system, and there is a demo here. Once you're comfortable with the task, just drop me an email at okeyes@wikimedia.org and I'll set you up with an account :).

If you'd like to chat with us about the research, or want live tutoring on the software, there will be an office hours session on Monday 17 December at 23:00 UTC in #wikimedia-office connect. Hope to see some of you there! Thanks, Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 22:53, 14 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Article Feedback deployment[edit]

Hey Popopo8776; I'm dropping you this note because you've used the article feedback tool in the last month or so. On Thursday and Friday the tool will be down for a major deployment; it should be up by Saturday, failing anything going wrong, and by Monday if something does :). Thanks, Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 21:30, 13 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

AFT5 re-enabled[edit]

May 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm Marek69. I noticed that you recently made an edit to Communism that seemed to be a test. Your test worked! If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Marek.69 talk 18:43, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for May 21[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Gun laws in Arizona, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Mine and Incendiary (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 12:03, 21 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

May 2013, continued[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Denisarona. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Marxism without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry: I restored the removed content. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Denisarona (talk) 14:04, 31 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Communism, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.
