If your previous account was blocked, it was wrong of you to create a new account, that is block evasion. The block is on you personally, not just your account; you may not edit under any account or IP address until your original block is removed. You need to return to your original account and request unblock there; I suggest you admit to your evasion as part of your request. 331dot (talk) 14:17, 9 April 2024 (UTC)
- Note that one of the parts of appealing a block is to show that you understandthe reasons for your block, so that you can assure the community that you won't do it again.
