List of twin towns and sister cities in Romania

Hello, to make it completely clear, I just once again explain why I reverted your edits, it looks like you don't read edit summaries at all.

• Musashino–Brașov: both town does not consider each other a twin town and their relationship is only friendship and cultural exchange. This is explained on both Musashino's official website you provided and the already cited Brașov's official website.
• Takayama–Sibiu: Takayama's official website declares this is also just friendship. It is not considered twinning if both parts don't consider each other twin town. It is a frequent phenomenon (and in the municipalities of Eastern European and economically less developed countries in general) that the municipal websites list together all the forms of international cooperation in one section.

Whereas the sources you provide do not support your claims, please stop to add these partnerships to the list. The "it is missing" phrase is not an explanation. Thank you. FromCzech (talk) 10:25, 27 October 2021 (UTC)
