Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 188.190.50.139. Wikipedia says I got caught using some proxy stuff.. At first I had no idea what that was, but then I readed something (not everything) about it.. So.. Well.. I don't use any VPN service or something like that.. or if i do i don't know if it has to do something with proxy things can you please list some proxies that are not allowed here? so the next time I use something like this, I'll know I shouldn't use it and i know that this is proxy related thing. I Think i was banned twice for this but i can't be sure maybe it the same block i'm doesn't visiting Wikipedia much often and last time i visited i was unable to edit even my talk page. It's seems like i was banned by some "DatGuy" i don't remember editing anything or vandalizing. Decline reason:

Your account is not directly blocked; you can and should be able to edit from some other IP. This is not because of anything you did or didn't do ... sometimes ISPs just, you know, do this without telling the customers because they think (and not without reason) that everybody wants this. Or someone near you on the range may have a VPN ... we've found on several other of these blocks that that was the case.

Anyhow, this has two effects: a) I can't unblock you as you are not directly blocked but b) you can go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow those instructions to ask for IP block exemption so these blocks won't affect you. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:38, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Okay since i'm seems to be falsedly banned and can't do much about this just like Admins who can't unban me i maked this section so users who can edit will see my suggestions of edits to other pages here.. I Could maybe put here also unblock suggestions for more attention to appear but.. why?.. I Will just leave it here for users who may find my user page to see this

First Suggestion: Add this please to page "War crimes in the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine" Durning liberation of Kherson after another "Gesture of a goodwill" which now becomed "Maneuvers" there were discovered a trees where a Hamsters was hanged by russian soldiers for fun..

Second Suggestion: Add this please to "War crimes during the russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022" There was information about the russians hanging civilians in Luhansk Oblast for believed to be "suspected of aiding the partisans or the Ukrainian government." The original photos were posted to a russian Telegram channel and were later shared by many different twitter accounts who shared this information with others.. for some reason there is not much news on the websites in the internet (not videos), only 2
