Zeitgeist Dispute Resolution[edit]

In case you have not been told, there is currently a dispute resolution in process concerning the Zeitgeist page. Your editing the topic page is upsetting our work a little, and your time might be better spent considering the proposals and arguments in the dispute resolution debate. At the very least, you might learn something. Check out this link. In addition, there is currently a call to Zeitgeist editors to comment on a proposal, and that should be something in which you can participate. I can't find this Dispute. Has it been resolved and closed? I realise it's rather old. Saimoncole (talk) 20:19, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because it is a recent edit, attempting to adhere to Wikipedia's criteria for userpages by deleting content that did not conform. I have reviewed the reasons for speedy deletion and am concerned that it will remove information that verify's my credibility as an editor.

no, were that the case, it would not have been tagged for WP:U5-- Deepfriedokra (talk) 21:04, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't quite understand - isn't a User:Example page meant to inform other users who the user is? Saimoncole (talk) 21:10, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've declined the deletion nomination but you may want to consider removing the external links to your blog as it could be seen as promotional. Spicy (talk) 21:19, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the explanation. I thought that might be the problem. I'll remove that link now. Saimoncole (talk) 21:24, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
