A relief road? I'm not very sure about the terminology, but that does sound more accurate than a bypass. Maybe "inner relief road" might be best? --BrownHairedGirl 00:15, 4 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"(Bypassed by a low specification Relief Road)"? Neraly there, I'd say -- how about How about "(Town centre bypassed by a low specification inner Relief Road)", if that's not too verbose? (And we can share the prize for N-road pedantry!).
