I do not think the Commander in Chief should be making public statements about a rapper that uses profanity as well as "scoring" with women. How about the President concentrating of bringing down the unemployment rate. President Obama said unemployment would not go above 8% if he got his 800 billion in stimulus money. He did and unemployment has been well above 9% for 18 months. Just 1 of many broken promises by our President.

Not sure what this is in reference to, but Obama's personal taste in music has little bearing on the job he's capable of performing as president. He's the commander in chief of a country where, like it or not, millions of people buy those records, and if he's a fan, I see no reason he shouldn't be able to express that opinion just like the rest of us are able to express ours. This urge to dehumanize politicians so that nothing they say or do could possibly be categorized as controversial leaves us with empty suits spouting safe platitudes designed solely to be inoffensive.

I agree that the economy is in terrible shape, and in trying to be a 'moderate', Obama has caved to republicans on too many important issues, taking half-measures and compromises that are intended to make him look willing to work with the opposition, but in reality leave the initiatives of both sides hobbled. I don't, however, remember any carved-in-stone promise that unemployment "will" drop below 8% if he gets $x. That's just not his style (or, I'd argue, the style of any successful politician - they've been around long enough to know that there are no certainties when it comes to the economy).
