Lee Povey moved to draftspace[edit]

Per the email you sent me, you have a conflict of interest with Lee Povey and should only make edits to the article in compliance with our WP:COI guidelines. I have moved the article to draftspace per these guidelines where you can submit it for publication through the articles for creation process.
