Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Solty.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 05:12, 29 September 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 05:12, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Eiko Shimamiya entries correct details[edit]

I am refering to your constant edits and reports on the "Eiko Shimamiya" Wikipedia entry. The new sequal OVA of "Higurashi no naku koro ni" is titled "Higurashi no naku koro ni Rei" NOT "Higurashi no naku koro ni Chikai" the official site states it is titled "Rei", it is mentioned nowhere that it is called "Chikai". Also the OVA has now been released and in the Opening credits, the title song, sung by "Eiko Shimamiya" is listed as "Super scription of data" NOT "Chikai". Please revise your details and check more official sources next time before changing back to "Chikai" again. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Yekim (talkcontribs) 06:47, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have searched for sources and found none, nor have you added any of the require reliable sources required by Wikipedia policy. Providing these sources will address my concerns. Alansohn (talk) 12:57, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The one you're editing has no basis. Yes, "Super scription of data" will be the opening theme for "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei" but the said song will NOT come out as a single. For your information, "Chikai" will be the 4th single which will be the theme song for "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Chikai", the sequel to the "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni live-action movie" which was premiered last April 2008.[1][2]. The latter will be released this April 16, 2009 in which "Chikai" will be used as the theme song (probably ending theme). And I haven't found any websites who are taking pre-orders of "Super scription of data" while "Chikai" is now on pre-order via Amazon and CDJapan[3]. Now where did you base that "Super scription of data" will be the 4th single? FreddyJR (talk) 17:30, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
And by the way, if you're looking for "Super scription of data", I putted it in the Eiko Shimamiya's "Other Songs" section a long time ago since I already know it won't be release as a single. Better widen your research and resources next time. FreddyJR (talk) 18:03, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's okay. ^^ And since I'm too lazy to erase the other conversations, I'll just leave it at that. But just wanted to tell you that it's alright. =) FreddyJR (talk) 12:52, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Solty.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Solty.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page.
