Javanese script[edit]

Previously, the Javanese script article lacks many pictures, and rely on font to explain the letters. This is problematic, as the font is not readily available in all computer. So by adding pictures, the article would be more accessible to general readers. Also, I found the previous choice of font in the images did not capture the script. Turns out, excellent images was lying around commons, so I replace them with that and add several more similar images to complete the script.

The article itself are somehow not in sync with the Indonesian one. Information in Indonesia are more detailed, but harder to read. While in English it is the opposite, the layout is easier to read but the information is pretty general and some are not even mentioned. So I balanced quality between the two, using layout from English and information from Indonesia. And I also tried to make it so that reader can easily understand the orthography of Javanese.

Well after all that, it is still considered a C-class, so I must have left something. Javanese is a beautiful script, and I want people to know about it, since the script rarely got discussed in detail. Is there anything, writing method or technical, that could be improved? I ran out of ideas, and point-outs would be greatly appreciated. Alteaven (talk) 08:12, 18 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
