Title[edit]
This should probably be moved to Bina-Istra as it is spelled that way in their official website. Also, there seem to be two companies - Bina-Istra d.d. which holds concession rights and is publicly traded (I assume) and Bina-Istra upravljanje i održavanje d.o.o., a limited company which isn't.
