Picture to Add[edit]

I'm not familiar enough with Wikipedia to do this, but here is a picture for someone to add to the entry: http://ims.utc.edu/signalmtn/EdwardsPoint.jpg

I suggest adding it like how the Chattanooga entry is - on the right side.

Clarifications[edit]

1.) Is 'Old Town' actually a historic district? 2.) Is 'Signal Point' actually a National Park or rather part of a national park? 3.) Would it be Outdoor Attractions or Outdoors Attractions? CommonSense101 21:13, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also, What is the relationship between Walden and the Town of Signal Mountain? I'm pretty sure that the Signal Mountain police provide services for Walden, correct? The article is about the town of Signal Mountain, but should Walden be mentioned since it shares Signal Mountain with the town of Signal Mountain? CommonSense101 21:15, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Signal Point is a part of the Chattanooga and Chickamauga National Battlefield. It is not a national park all on its' own. Malson 22:15, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Walden is a separate town from Signal Mountain, incorporated in 1975. They have their own police force. It's a bit confusing, since Signal Mountain itself is on Walden's Ridge, and both the towns of Signal Mountain and Walden are on this mountain/ridge. [1] Rayspumpkin 12:31, 06 November 2018

'Old Town' is in actuality the 'Signal Mountain Historic District' and was the home to the Signal Mountain Hotel, which is now Alexian Village Retirement Center, as well as the former Signal Mountain Elementary School, which was the first school on the mountain, and is now the Mountain Arts Community Center.
