Notability and projects[edit]

I don't think it's notable. Even if it were, it wouldn't be in project Yugoslavia or Croatia.

However, we need a centralized discussion area for the related topics: The Day of Five Billion, The Day of Six Billion, Day of Seven Billion, 7 Billion Actions. I suspect Talk:7 Billion Actions would be the best place for discussion. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 02:58, 3 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
